Thanks for the input. When I used this I didn’t have super large images loading. I meant it more as an image resize for small to medium size images.

This plugin is not meant for sending the newsletter. It is meant for cleaning up the code before sending a newsletter. Sending a newsletter is outside the scope of this plugin. I’d suggest doing a google search for some of the newsletter mailers out there.

The code is making a list of links. siteurl is a link to each individual blog. $blog_details->blogname is pulling the blog title from the general settings page.

It depends on where you are wanting this to show. When I used it, we placed it on the index page of the site, so it was in index.php in our theme files.
